So, there is this overhanging tips-to-wide-hands crack on the left wall of the SS Ultrabrutal corner (the Country Area). It's a really nice, parallel crack, but is so close to the ultrabrutal corner that you have to be careful about swinging (slamming) into the rock if you try leading or TRing it. But...

Ever try it though? Or know anyone who has?

I was up there yesterday, and had just about 10 min at the end of the day, and played around on it. I had to take out two fern clumps, and a few loose pebbles in the fingers-thin-hands sections, but had a blast doing the steep jams. Great texture in the crack - smooth but grippy. The bottom few moves though were beyond me (they could us a little scraping/cleaning) and I didn't have time to try working them.

Anything wrong with the ultra-contrived line? Seems perfectly situated for TR crack training if one puts in some directionals.
